  1. Open the Evaluation Session

    Go to Manage Program > Daily Basis > Votes.

    Click on the specific jury session for projects or participants.

  2. Navigate to the Results Tab

    Click Results to access scores, feedback, and email options.

  3. Choose When to Send Emails

    In the results tab, select from the following options:

    • Do not send email: Keep the feedback private.

    • Send emails instantly: Share results immediately with participants or project members.

    • Send emails on a custom date: Schedule a specific date for sending emails.

  4. Edit Acceptance and Rejection Emails

    Customize the Acceptance Email and Rejection Email to include:

    • A personalized message for recipients.

    • Optional jury feedback if you would like to include it.
