When you set up evaluation sessions, juries assess deliverables, projects, or participants. Here’s how to access their scores and manage related actions:

πŸ› οΈ View Jury Scores

  1. Navigate to the Evaluation Sessions

    Go to βš™οΈ Manage Program > Daily Basis > Votes.

    Open the evaluation session you’re interested in.

  2. πŸ“Š Choose the Tab for Details

    β€’ Juries Tab: View individual jury progress and assignments.

    β€’ Results Tab: Access an overview of scores and progress for all juries, projects, or candidates in the session.

  3. πŸ” Dive Into Specific Details

    β€’ Click on a specific jury or project to see all scores.

    β€’ To view comments, click on the πŸ“ Comments bookmark.

  4. πŸ“₯ Download Results

    At the top of the results list, click the ⬇️ Download button to export the data as a CSV file.

πŸ“§ Managing Results Communication

In the Results Tab, program managers can manage how evaluation results are shared and Control Email Communication with Participants

  • βœ‰οΈ By default, result publication emails are disabled. Program managers can manually enable this feature.

  • πŸ› οΈ Emails can be customized to fit your program’s tone:

    • Edit Acceptance Emails to congratulate successful participants.

    • Edit Rejection Emails to provide constructive feedback or encouragement for future participation.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: You can choose whether to include jury feedback in these emails for added transparency or context.

βœ… Updating Session Status

The Results Tab also allows program managers to take action on evaluations:

  • Update "Session Status": Decide which projects or candidates to Accept or Reject directly from the results overview table.

  • πŸ–‡οΈ Use the CSV Export feature to download scores and feedback for offline analysis or reporting.

  • ✏️ Before sending results emails, review and customize messages to ensure clear and professional communication.
