Applications have started and you want to start validating them?
Here's how to do it:

👉 click on "manage program".

👉 If you want to validate a project : click on "application" in the "projects" tab, you will then be able to attach an objective to the participant to get them into the program.

👉 If you want to validate a participant : click on "candidate" in the "participant" tab, you will then be able to accept or refuse them.

You can also validate applications/projects through an evaluation session:

👉 Go to "manage program."
👉 Create an evaluation session in the "evaluation" tab and then "evaluation session"
👉 When you create a session, choose if you want to assess the candidate or the project, you can set up an assessment period.
👉 Create an evaluation grid
👉 Once the assessment is complete, you can see the scores by juries, and see the results but also filter them according to your pre

ferences
👉 Finally, put the accepted projects or candidates in "to accept" and those refused in "to refuse", then you can send the results. The status of the participants/Projects will then be automatically changed.
