Your project is launched and applications have begun? Great! Let us show you how the application system works.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What is the application system?
When you open the call for applications for your program , you can decide whether or not applications are accepted right away.

It's easy to set up the application system, will be divided into two stages :

โ€‹First, the settings :

Before creating the registration questionnaires, it's important to take care of the setup. Here's how to do it:

  • click on "manage program".

  • then click on "Setup" , then click on "registration".

  • You can then, activate and deactivate registrations, enter the registration dates for participants and projects, set the parameters, find all the links to share and create your rules.

Then, the form :

Once the setting is complete, you can create your project and participant registration questionnaires. Here's how to do it:

  • click on "Application forms" tab

  • You can choose between 4 types of questionnaire: participant, project, jury, expert. They all work in the same way.

  • This will take you to a page where you can start creating your form.
    ๐Ÿšจ The questions "last name", "first name" and "e-mail address" are asked by default, so there's no need to ask them again.

  • Click on the "Add Step" button to create a questionnaire step, which groups questions by theme. Enter the name of the step and a description (not mandatory).

  • Once you've created your step, you'll see an empty line below. Click on the 3 dots, then on "add a field".

  • A pop-up window will appear to create your question, giving you a choice of several types of question, enabling you to create a customized questionnaire.

  • Click on "Save", then repeat the steps.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What happens next for the applicant?


When a participant registers in a program, the page is presented differently:
By clicking on your profile, you will have access to "my dashoard" and you will be able to see all the programs you are attached to. This way, the participant will be able to better visualize where they stand for each program regarding their application.

  • click on "manage program".

  • click on "registrations" in the "Daily Basis" section, you will be able to find the participants and projects submission in two separate tabs. (We advise you to evaluate project applications, because once validated, all participants associated with the project will be validated with it.)

  • Click on a submission, a new tab will open presenting the project/participant application, where you can find all the information provided.

  • On the left, you'll find an option bar that lets you manage this application: you can accept or reject it in the "Status" tab, add public or private tags, and with the "actions" button, you can transfer the application to an evaluation session, a voting session, or even view the project space.

  • click on "manage program".

  • then click on "Setup" in the "Essentials" section, then click on "registration".

  • finally, check the box "Automatically accept projects into the program".
