To make life easier for you during the application period, you can send your results as a group, thanks to evaluation sessions.
We recommend that you evaluate the projects, as this will enable us to accept the associated participants.
Once you've completed your evaluation session, here's how to proceed:
👉 Go to the "results" tab of your session
👉 Select the projects you wish to accept, and change their status to "to accept". Then do the same for the rejected ones, with "to reject"
👉 Above, you can send acceptance or refusal emails.
👉 You can modify these emails by clicking on "modify acceptance/rejection email". You can add variables, your signature, etc. Don't forget to click on "save".
👉 Once you've done that, you can choose the delivery method. You can choose between :
Send immediately
Send on a specific date, which you'll need to specify.
If you choose to send immediately, click on "send".
And that's it, your results have been sent.
