📁 How to add members?

Step-by-step guide to adding Participants, Experts, Juries, and Program Managers individually or in bulk on Inject.

📘 Reminder: Member Roles on Inject

As a Program Manager, you can add:

Participants: Individuals enrolled in your program.

Experts: Professionals offering guidance or support.

Juries: Members responsible for evaluating participants or projects.

Program Managers: Additional administrators to help manage your program.

To begin, click the ⛭ Management Space button.

👉 How to Add Participants

Navigate to the Participants tab in the Foundation menu.

👤 Adding One Participant

1. Click +Add, then select Create a new member.

2. Fill in the participant’s details in the pop-up form:

Required fields: First name, Last name, and Email.

Optional fields: Password, Gender, Birthday, City, Country, Preferred Language, and Profile Picture.

3. Click Save.

Note: Only the required fields need to be completed.

Granting Access

1. After adding a participant, click the three dots next to their name.

2. Select Send password link.

3. The participant will receive an email to create their account and set a password.

👥 Adding Multiple Participants

1. Click +Add, then select Import.

2. Download the XLSX template file from the platform.

3. Fill out the file with participant details (required fields are the same as above).

4. Upload the completed XLSX file.

Optional Settings:

• To automatically send access invitations to all participants, check the box for Automatically send an invitation.

• To associate participants directly with a project, check the box for Automatically create a project.


Note: Participants must be part of a project to follow a program, even if they are working alone. This feature saves time by setting up the project automatically.

👉 How to Add Experts

1. Navigate to the Team tab in the Foundation menu.

2. Select the Expert tab.

👤 Adding One Expert

1. Click +Add, then select Create a new expert.

2. Fill in the expert’s details in the pop-up form:

Required fields: First name, Last name, and Email.

Optional fields: Password and Profile Picture.

3. Click Save.

Granting Access

1. After adding an expert, click the three dots next to their name.

2. Select Send password link.

3. The expert will receive an email to create their account and set a password.

👥 Adding Multiple Experts

1. Click +Add, then select Import.

2. Download the XLSX template file from the platform.

3. Fill out the file with expert details (required fields are the same as above).

4. Upload the completed XLSX file.

Optional Setting:

• To automatically send access invitations to all experts, check the box for Automatically send an invitation.

👉 How to Add Juries

1. Navigate to the Staff tab in the Foundation menu.

2. Select the Jury tab.

👤 Adding One Jury Member

1. Click +Add, then select Create a new jury member.

2. Fill in the jury member’s details in the pop-up form:

Required fields: First name, Last name, and Email.

Optional fields: Password and Profile Picture.

3. Click Save.

Granting Access

1. After adding a jury member, click the three dots next to their name.

2. Select Send password link.

3. The jury member will receive an email to create their account and set a password.

👥 Adding Multiple Jury Members

1. Click +Add, then select Import.

2. Download the XLSX template file from the platform.

3. Fill out the file with jury member details (required fields are the same as above).

4. Upload the completed XLSX file.

Optional Setting:

• To automatically send access invitations to all jury members, check the box for Automatically send an invitation.

👉 How to Add Program Managers

1. Navigate to the Staff tab in the Foundation menu.

2. Select the Program Manager tab.

👤 Adding One Program Manager

1. Click +Add, then select Create a new admin.

2. Fill in the program manager’s details in the pop-up form:

Required fields: First name, Last name, and Email.

Optional fields: Password and Profile Picture.

3. Click Save.

Granting Access

1. After adding a program manager, click the three dots next to their name.

2. Select Send password link.

3. The program manager will receive an email to create their account and set a password.

👥 Adding Multiple Program Managers

1. Click +Add, then select Import.

2. Download the XLSX template file from the platform.

3. Fill out the file with program manager details (required fields are the same as above).

4. Upload the completed XLSX file.

• To automatically send access invitations to all program managers, check the box for Automatically send an invitation.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • XLSX Template: This is a spreadsheet format for bulk imports. Be sure to fill it out as instructed.

  • Project Requirement: Participants must belong to a project to follow a program. Use the Automatically create a project feature to save time.
