As a Program manager, you can add:
Participant(s)
Expert(s)
Jurie(s)
Program Manager(s)
β Click on the management space button
π How to add participants?
β Click on the participants tab on the foundation menu
π How to add 1 participant?
β Click on +Add then on +Add then on +Create a new member
A pop up will appear, you can now enter the participant's informations.
First name and Last name
Mail and password
Gender
Birthday, City and Country
Preferred Language and Profil picture
Nb: It is not an obligation to fulfill all the fields except the Firstname, the Lastname and the email.
To give access to a participant once added on Inject, press the 3 small dots and click on send password link. The participant will receive an email to create his account and set up a password.
π How to add several participants?
β Click on +Add then on Import
β You can download a XSLS template file directly on the platform
β Once you've fulfilled the XSLS files with all the participants's informations, you just need to click on Upload XSLC file
Nb:
If you want to send the access link to all participants at once, don't forget to check the button Automatically send an invitation [...]
If you want to associate a participant directly to a project*, don't forget to check the button Automatically create a project [...]
*On inject, a participant can follow a program only if he is part of a project (even if he is alone). This feature allows you to save a lot of time.
π How to add experts?
β Click on the staff tab on the foundation menu
β Click on the expert tab
π How to add 1 expert?
β Click on +Add then on +Add then on +Create a new expert
A pop up will appear, you can now enter the expert's informations.
First name and Last name
Mail and password
Profil picture
Nb: It is not an obligation to fulfill all the fields except the Firstname, the Lastname and the email.

A pop up will appear, you can now enter the jury member informations.
