Here are the key updates and improvements introduced by the Inject team during November 2024.

1. Simplified Candidate and Project Evaluation

New navigation between participant applications and project details:

Program managers can now seamlessly switch between participant applications and their corresponding project details within the same interface.

This integration enables faster and more informed decision-making and qualification of applications.

2. Revamped Project Dashboard

A new Project Dashboard has been introduced for project team members:

  • Quick access to project objectives and progress tracking.

  • Easy navigation to assigned experts and team/expert meeting schedules.

  • A centralized interface displaying all necessary resources for achieving project goals.

Objective management updates:

  • Enhanced interfaces for submitting deliverables linked to project objectives.

  • Simplified tracking and updating of deliverables to streamline the project workflow.

3. UI Improvements Across the Platform

Updated interfaces for:

  • Event cards

  • Program cards

  • User profiles

  • Project profile modals

These changes enhance visual clarity and ease of use.

4. Overhauled Learning Path Experience

Redesigned learning path interface:

  • Users can now clearly track lessons in progress or completed.

  • Navigation between lessons, modules, and capsules is more intuitive, with one-click access to the next capsule.

Capsule updates:

  • Improved design for better information delivery and navigation.

  • Easier access between capsules within the same module.

Enhanced statistics for learning paths:

  • Program managers can view capsule-by-capsule and module-by-module progress for all platform members.

  • Progress statistics are now more accurate, offering insights into completed, ongoing, or not-yet-started capsules.

5. Improved Project Progress Tracking

Updated project tracking interfaces:

  • A table listing all projects within a program.

  • Clear status indicators for objectives (completed, in progress, or not started).

  • This allows program managers to monitor and manage project outcomes effectively.

6. New Segmentation Feature

Introduction of user segmentation in the management space:

Program managers can now create user segments based on specific parameters, such as:

  • Event participation.

  • Membership in one or multiple project teams.

  • Individual status within the program.

  • Project status within the program.

These segments facilitate targeted communication and tracking within the program.
