π How to Create a Training Course
1οΈβ£ Access the Learning Course Area
β’ Go to βοΈ Manage Program > Participants > Learning > Course.
2οΈβ£ Add a Section
β’ Click + Add Section.
β’ Fill in the following details:
β’ Name: The section title.
β’ Short Description: A brief overview of the sectionβs purpose.
β’ Dates (optional): Define start/end dates and times for time-sensitive content.
β’ Save your section.
3οΈβ£ Add a Module
β’ Within a section, click + Add Module.
β’ Fill in the following details:
β’ Name: The module title.
β’ Parent Section: Select the section where the module belongs.
β’ Short Description: A summary of the moduleβs content.
β’ Dates (optional): Set specific availability dates/times.
β’ Save your module.
4οΈβ£ Add a Capsule
β’ Inside a module, click + Add Capsule.
β’ Fill in the following details:
β’ Name: The capsule title.
β’ Parent Section/Module: Link the capsule to its respective section or module.
β’ Short Description: A quick overview of the capsule.
β’ Long Description: Detailed content about the capsule (optional).
β’ Dates (optional): Specify availability or align with parent dates.
β’ Save your capsule.
5οΈβ£ Add Content to the Capsule
β’ Click on the capsule, then:
β’ Use Details to add text, videos, or any other primary content.
β’ Use Resources to upload supporting documents or links.
6οΈβ£ Preview Your Course
β’ Click Preview to see how the course appears to participants.
β’ Use the Generic Link (available via the arrow next to Preview) to share direct access to the course.
