What is a phase? A phase is a major step in the course (like a chapter). A phase is composed of modules.
What is a module? A module is a stage of the phase composed of capsules with the resources and contents that support the achievement of tasks.
What is a capsule ? It contains the content, the resources, but also the tasks to be set.
π How to add a phase?
β Click on Add phase
β Fill in:
Its name
Its parent phase (if you want to create sub-phases, you will need to add it in a parent phase)
Its overview (short description about the phase that will appear on the participant's timeline)
Its long description
Start/End dates + Start/End times* (You can align subphases and modules dates with the parent phase)
π How to add a module?
β Click on Add module
β Fill in:
Its name
Its parent phase (the phase where the module belongs)
Its general description (overview)
Its long description
Start/End dates + Start/End times*

π How to add a capsule ?
β Click on the 3 dots to the right of the module, then click on "Add capsule".
β Fill in its name, you can add a description and some dates if you want.
