New features November 2022 ⭐️

Here is a summary of the new features of November 2022 : the new participants' interface !

Updated over 7 months ago

In November, we worked hard on a new interface for participants ! 🤩

If before everything was gathered in a single space, since a week ago, a new interface is available for participants to differentiate the individual course and the group work. This change allows you to propose a program with either an individual course, or a group course, or both. In addition, it allows you to set up KPIs on the objectives of the course, and therefore better track the success of the program.

Here are its organizations:

👉 The learning course area:

This is where you will find the individual course, the goal here is to highlight the personal work of the participants, but also make available to you the possibility of rewarding this work through certificates.

In this space, you will find the established course, but also the percentage of progress to follow the progress of the participants.

To create the training course, here is how to do it:

  • click on "manage the program"

  • go to the "participants" tab

  • click on "learning" and then the "course" sub-tab

This will allow you to create a 100% customizable course.

👉The project space:

This is where participants can submit their deliverables. This space is really reserved for the progress of the project. Here, the progress of participants is framed in the form of objectives, built from the tasks to be achieved, i.e. the deliverables.

The project space is divided into several tabs: the overview, where you will find the progress of the project, the days remaining before the end of the program, the documents shared by the participants and the experts, but also the news feed. You will then find the same tabs as on the old interface: deliverables, notes, and the community space grouping together members, subscribers and project experts.

To create the training course, here is how to do it:

  • click on "manage the program"

  • go to the "projects" tab

  • Click on the "objectives" tab and then the "configuration" sub-tab

This will allow you to create custom objectives for your program, to create objectives, here is how to do it :

  • A "milestone" will already be pre-installed for you, it will frame several objectives.

  • Click on "Add objectives", choose its name, its dates if there are any, then click on "Add".

  • Once your objective is created, click on it.

  • You will be redirected to the "basics info" of the objective, in these different tabs you will see "tasks", click on it.

  • Click on "Add task", choose its name, then you'll have to add a field.

  • Click on "Add a field", you can choose different type of field, like multiple choice, unique choice, template to complete, etc.

Here you can create the different tasks to be accomplished for the participants.

🚨 Attention: The project space is specially reserved for deliverables through objectives and tasks.

It is no longer possible to request deliverables in the learning course area. If you ever wanted to use the old interface for practical reasons, we have made a "compatibility mode" available to you: we offer you the possibility to put deliverables in the learning course part.

To do so, you just have to :

  • click on "manage the program"

  • click on the "learning" tab in the participant area, then on "behavior".

  • by scrolling down the page you can check the "Features and visibility" box
