To understand the use of the platform, it is important to have the views of the stakeholders:

The jury area include :

👉 An overview : where they can have a view of the evaluation sessions assigned to it, how many projects they still have to evaluate. It's like a dashboard.
👉 Evaluations sessions: where they can see all the evaluation sessions.
👉 Juries: The list of all juries

To evaluate a project or a candidate, everything happens in the "evaluation session" tab. Only the juries associated with the session can evaluate.

👉 When a jury evaluates, it can find two sections in the evaluation form: on the right the deliverable to be evaluated, on the left the scoring grid.

👉 How to grade:
➔ Click on the evaluation session you want to evaluate.
➔ Click on the project or candidate to be evaluated
➔ Fill out the assessment rubric and then click "save."
➔ To move on to the next assessment, click "next"

🚨 If the score card is not accompanied by a deliverable, the evaluation criteria will take up the entire page.
