Hello everyone,

We are excited to present the latest updates to INJECT, designed to enhance your data management and incubation program administration experience. Here are the new features now available:

Data Management

- Filter UX update: A search field has been integrated into the filters, with the option to select or deselect all options in one click for a smoother experience.

- Date filter, allowing users to sort programs, projects, users or events based on specific time periods (e.g., a week, a month, or a year) or a precise date.

- Tag design update: Admin or Public tags have been redesigned for better readability and can now be added directly from the member or project listing pages of a program.

- Custom fields visible and filters available: Custom data fields, declared at the general administration level, are now visible on project list walls (if public visibility is set) and available as filters. This makes it easier to track and manage participants and projects based on custom criteria.

- Additional project columns: The "Public Tags", "Admin," "Led by," and "Coach" columns have been added to project listing tables in the admin area, providing a more detailed view.

- New form fields: It is now possible to add a "Region" field to application and deliverable forms, with the option to enable tagging and filtering features.

Incubator management

- Program management menu UX update: The program management menu has been simplified with a reorganization of events and the removal of a navigation level, for a more intuitive user experience.

- Simplified application validation: You can now view project information directly from the participant application page, making it easier to evaluate submissions.

- Custom organization tab: You can now create a custom tab in the main navigation bar, with content editable via a WYSIWYG system.

Events

- Multi-program event referencing: You can now create an event at the organization level and reference it across multiple programs. Both members and non-members of these programs can register freely.

- Add to calendar button: A new button has been added to events, allowing users to add the event to their calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple) with a single click.

- .ics file in registration confirmations: Users will now receive an .ics file in event registration confirmation emails, allowing them to easily add the event to their calendar with one click.

These new features are now available on INJECT, and we hope they will enhance your daily program and data management. Also 39 bug fixes have been implemented to improve the platform’s stability and reliability.
