The course is at the heart of your program. It indicates the process, and the content. It is composed of sections, modules and capsules.
This is where you will find the individual course, the goal here is to highlight the personal work of the participants, but also make available to you the possibility of rewarding this work through certificates.
In this space, you will find the established course, but also the percentage of progress to follow the progress of the participants.
π Definition:
What is a section? A section is a major step in the course (like a chapter). A section is composed of modules.
What is a module? In a section, the capsules are grouped by modules.
What is a capsule ? In a capsule, you can find notion presented by resources (description, videos, documents, external links...). It is the composition of a module.
To create the training course, here is how to do it:
π click on "manage the program"
π go to the "participants" tab
π click on "learning" and then the "course" sub-tab
This will allow you to create a 100% customizable course.
π How to add a section ?
β Click on Add section
β Fill in:
Its name
Its short description
Its date (if the section is limited in time)
Start/End dates + Start/End times* (You can align subphases and modules dates with the parent phase)
π How to add a module ?
β Click on Add module
β Fill in:
Its name
Its parent section (the section where the module belongs)
Its short description
Start/End dates + Start/End times
π How to add a capsule ?
β Click on Add capsule
β Fill in:
Its name
Its parent section/module
Its short description
Start/End dates + Start/End times* (You can align subphases and modules dates with the parent phase)
Its long description
β Then, click on it
π Click on "details" if you want to add the content of the capsule, like a text, a video, whatever you want.
π Clikc on "resources" if you want to add other documents.
π When you're done, you can preview the course by clicking on "preview"
π You can give a direct access to the course by sending the "generic link", you can find it by clicking on the little arrow next to "preview", the link will appear in a pop-up, you can copy and paste it
