1️⃣ What is a Participant Type?

Participant Types help you categorize and manage different kinds of registrations in your program. They also allow you to create tailored registration questions for specific groups.

Why Use Participant Types?

For example:

• If both part-time students and internship students are registering for your program, you can create two participant types:

Part-Time

Internship

Then, assign unique questions to each type during registration to collect the specific information you need.

2️⃣ How to Add Participant Types

Adding participant types is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

1. Go to ⛭ Setup > Types in the admin dashboard.

2. Click + Add Type.

3. Enter the name of the participant type (e.g., “Part-Time”).

4. Once the type is created, a new section called Registration Types will appear in the form editor, allowing you to add fields specific to each type.

3️⃣ Tips for Using Participant Types

• Use clear, descriptive names for your participant types to avoid confusion.

• Regularly review your participant types to ensure they align with your program’s needs.

• Leverage the filtering feature to easily segment and analyze responses by participant type in your reports.
