➔ Click on Application form tab on Setup menu, then click on "Participant"
Create a participant submission form is not mandatory. It is up to you.
📁 How does the registration process work
Option : Add types
If you want to refine your registration form and ask questions related to a specific profession / characteristic of the participant: add roles!
➔ Click on the management space button
➔ Click on the Participants tab on the Foundation Menu
➔ Click on types
➔ Click on Add types
.
A pop up will appear. You will be able to add a role name and a description.
➔ Once you have created your role(s), go back on the registration tab and simply click on +Add a field to create specific questions to the previously defined roles.
Now you know how to create a submission form!
⚠️ Candidats will receive an email 24H before the participant registration deadline if they have started to fill the registration form and have not finish it. It is an automatic reminder.
