As a program manager, you can declare coaching sessions in place of the experts.
Here's how to do it:
π Click on "manage program".
π Go to the "coaching" tab, then click on the "+Add Coaching Session" button in the top right-hand corner.
π A new page will open, and a variety of information will be filled in.
Coached project
The associated expert
The date and time of the coaching session, as well as the duration.
A description
The location of the coaching session, whether online or live.
The green, orange or red flag, to visually indicate how the coaching went.
Feedback dedicated to program managers. It is confidential, and project members will not have access to it.
