πŸ“ How to declare a coaching session?
Updated over 10 months ago

You have just finished a coaching session with a project team and you want to declare it?
Nothing could be easier!

There is two way :

1. From the "coaching" tab

πŸ‘‰ Go to your expert space
πŸ‘‰ Click on the "coaching" tab then click on the "Add a coaching" button

πŸ‘‰ On this new page, several pieces of information will be requested: first of all date, time, duration, and a description, if you preparing the coaching session, you can make a description of what will be discussed during the coaching session. Then click on "save".

πŸ‘‰ Then, a new page will appear : Here, you can add details to your coaching sessions. What you need to understand, is that a coaching session will appear like an event to the project space, so it has to be prepared like an event. So you need to complete : the location (if it's online or offline, so you can add the address or the link to connect), the attendees (if you want to if you want the project members to sign an attendance sheet), the library.

πŸ‘‰ When the coaching session is done, you can complete the "Note PM", a private not for the program manager to tell them about the project progress, accompanied by a flag as a visual indicator, . And the tab "Project Feedback", where you can make a review for the project team.

πŸ‘‰ Click on "save" and that's it!

2. From the "projects" tab

πŸ‘‰ It is almost the same as from the "coaching" tab, the difference is that the coaching assignment will be directly associated with the selected project.

In both cases, the same page will appear, only in the second case, you will have to select the team you coached.
