➔ Click on the management space button
➔ Click on the Chat tab on the Engagement Menu
➔ Click on +Send a Chat, a pop up will appear
What is the chat?
It is a message than you can send to several people or one people at the same time
You can choose the recipient : All, Participants, Project members, Admins (PM), Jurys, Experts, Choose participants or Choose projects.
📨 To Participants:
Choose their status: all kind, Pending enrollment, To review, Accepted, Rejected
📨 To Project members:
- Choose the project active module
- Choose their status: in progress, draft, to discuss, to accept, to reject, accepted, rejected
📨 To Admins (PM):
Choose if you want to send the message in a groupe conversation or not
📨 To Jurys:
Choose if you want to send the message in a groupe conversation or not
📨 To Experts:
Choose if you want to send the message in a groupe conversation or not
📨 To specific Participants:
You need to select participants you want to send message to.
Choose if you want to send the message in a groupe conversation

📨 To specific Projects:
You need to select projects you want to send message to.
After selecting the recipients, you need to write the message and decide if you want to send a copy by message or not

If your program doesn't need the chat feature, you can deactivate it.
