You have just added your participants manually to your program, now you want them to connect, here is how to do it:
👉 Go to "manage program."
👉 Go to the "Participants" tab and then on the sub-tab "participants".
👉 Select the participants you want to send the invitation to, or select them all.
👉 Then click on "Action" at the top right.
👉 You have two options: Either you want them to create a password for themselves, so you need to send them a "password link". Or you want to invite them, for that you just have to click on "send program invitation link"
If you then want to see when the participants have connected, you will see a column on the right, still in the list of participants, called "last activity". You can then make sure that all participants have logged in.
