If you want an application form or deliverable to be evaluated in an evaluation session, you will need to make it visible in that session.
To do this, simply click on the "Visible within jury sessions" box when setting up form questions or creating tasks in an objective.
👉 To check this box, either for the form or for the deliverables, click on the 3 small dots next to the task or the form question, then click on "Edit".
👉 A pop-up will appear, and as you scroll down you will see the options. You will find the 3rd option "visible within jury sessions". Check the box and click on "save".
And you're all set!
