📁 How to create a registration form (participants and projects)

This is the most important step, the content of your registration form.

👉 For who or what ?

• The participant form : This form will allow you to evaluate a participant's application, but also to obtain the information you want for your data (e.g. age, city, etc.)
• The project form: This form will allow you to evaluate the projects submitted by the participants, and thus choose whether they are accepted or not.

How to create the content of the form:
👉 click on +Add a step. A pop up will appear.

👉 Once completed, click on add and then you will need to add a field.

It's up to you to choose which type(s) of questions you want to ask the candidate(s)!

👉 When you're creating a field, you have different options : you can make it mandatory, if you want the information to be public on the participant or the project profil, you can make it visible for the program manager, or visible for a jury session 
 👉 When your form is ready you can send the link to the potential participant

Now, if you want to take questions from a previous programme, you can export and import questions from one programme to another.

To do this you need to :
👉 On the questionnaire you want to copy: click on the 3 small dots to the right of the field of your choice, then click on "export". A document will be downloaded.
👉 On the questionnaire you wish to create: click on the same 3 small dots to the right of the field you have created, then click on "import". Add the uploaded document, and the questions will be added.
