πŸ“ How do I create a survey?

Would you like to offer surveys to users of your program?

Experts, juries, participants, you can create surveys for different users.

Here's how to do it:

πŸ‘‰ Go to manage program, click on the "surveys" tab

πŸ‘‰ Click on "+add", a new page will appear and you'll have several pieces of information to fill in:

  • name

  • a description (optional)

  • a segment (we'll see below how to create a segment)

  • a date (optional)

πŸ‘‰ Once you've filled in this information, click on save. You can then create the survey questions at the bottom of the page. Click on "+Add a question".

πŸ‘‰ You can then create the questions of your choice: single choice, multiple choice, written answer, etc.

How do I create a segment?

πŸ‘‰ During or after survey creation, click on "create a new segment".

πŸ‘‰ You'll then have several pieces of information to fill in:

  • Segment name

  • Type (program's user, project's user, event participants)

  • Criteria: this is where you can choose whether the survey is only for participants, experts or juries. But also to roles.
    Finally, the status of segment members.

πŸ‘‰ Click on "Add" and your segment is created.

Where does the survey appear?

The survey appears in several places on the platform:

πŸ‘‰ In the shortcut bar on the left, as a space

πŸ‘‰ On the dashboard, as a notification

πŸ‘‰ Participants also receive an email to complete the survey.

Where can I find the answers?

πŸ‘‰ In the manage program section, in the "surveys" tab, choose the survey of your choice, click on it.

πŸ‘‰ You'll find the response statistics.
