Nb: An expert can have more than one project to expert per program
π What an expert will find on their expert's space?
1. The overview, where they will find :
A brief allowing the expert to understand their role and other specific information
Their activities : how many coaching sessions and hours they have completed
The Expert's library : those documents are only for the expert
Upcoming coaching sessions: a summary of upcoming coaching sessions for projects
The coaching sessions : A quick summary of coaching sessions and quick access to the coaching sessions
The projects that you are mentoring : you can find a list of all those projects, and you can have access to the project overview, but also, you can create their coaching session report by clicking on the "declare a session" button.
The newsfeed : Messages available only to experts
The coaching session page : this is where you will find the summary of the different coaching sessions you may have declared, but this is also where you can declare a session, unlike the button on the projects page, the report will not be automatically associated with the project, you will have to select the associated project.
