We’ve launched the Schoolab Consulting Portal, a powerful internal platform to manage our consulting missions.

Mission Listings: Access all ongoing and past innovation consulting missions.

Experience Reports: Program directors can document key steps and insights using a structured AI-assisted interface.

AI Knowledge Capture: Reports are automatically categorized and summarized for internal reuse.

Data Panels: View structured mission data and project-level insights.

Deliverables Repository: Upload and tag key files and final deliverables.

Sponsor Area: Clients (sponsors) can log in to view and enrich mission data.

Expert Access &amp; Meeting Logs: Track expert contributions and consultation sessions.

RAG-Enabled: Mission data is injected into Schoolab’s internal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine for AI-powered support.

Feedback Tracking: Collect Net Promoter Score and verbatim feedback from clients.

🔐 Simplified Login – One-Time Password (OTP)

To ease access to the Consulting Portal, we’ve introduced a One-Time Password (OTP) login system:

When a user requests to log in, a one-time code is sent by email.

This ensures simplified and secure authentication, especially for occasional users like sponsors.

📹 Schoolab-Hosted Jitsi (Video Conferencing)

The built-in video conferencing system powered by Jitsi now runs on Schoolab’s own servers, hosted via Scaleway DC5 (North of Paris, 🇫🇷).

New detailed views are now available in the Inject admin interface:
